Vice Mayor Fran Russo of Hollywood, Florida, was presented the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce’s Community Service Award - Public Sector.  Vice Mayor Russo has been active in the Hollywood community for many years.  Her leadership and affiliations include:  Past Officer of the Florida Federation of Italian American Clubs, Past President and founder member of Italian American Women’s Club of Broward County, and the Broward County D.E.C.  She is known as a champion of responsible redevelopment and is the first commissioner to represent the western sector of Hollywood.  Fran has dedicated her life to helping people and making sure that the City of Hollywood is the best it can ever be.

On September 28, 2002, the Man of the Year for 2002, Vincent Tummino, presented this Certificate of Appreciation for the FL Federation of IAC.
